It often flares up due to eating the wrong foods and in at least 50% of patients, it causes extreme pain in the big toe. But it can also do harm to the kidneys and cause pain in all of your joints.

Steve decided to learn more about Gout and set out to see if there was a way to stop the painful flare-ups. What he learned was astounding! He learned that by eating a typical American diet, he was causing his own painful Gout!
Without drugs or invasive treatments, Steve not only alleviated his pain, but in fact, reversed the disease! Now, he lives without the painful Gout episodes completely.
